Most of these tanning salons do something else as well as tanning such as hair styling. I imagine you are going to see a lot of tanning sessions charged as something else to avoid the tax...

I own just a tanning salon, and this tax will surely hurt. Michigan is just starting to climb out of the recession, and now we have to deal with this.
