WASHINGTON — A Democratic lawmaker says a protester stood up in the House gallery, yelled "Kill the bill" and was cheered by Republicans.

Angry demonstrators opposed to the health care bill gathered outside the Capitol on Sunday. Democratic Rep. Barney Frank of Massachusetts says that one stood up in the House gallery and shouted, "Kill the bill. The people don't want this."

As the man was yelling and ushers tried to escort him out, several Republicans stood up on the House floor and cheered.

Said Frank: "I've never seen this — for the Republicans to stand up and cheer the guy on." Frank called the Republicans "clowns."

The cheering could be heard from outside the chamber.

Disruptions from the gallery are banned.

He's never seen this, well I've never seen so many politicians arrogantly defy the will of the people. Him and his ilk have disgraced this chamber more than anyone could imagine.

Disruptions from the gallery are banned.

Yep. Sit there in the gallery and take it like the good little sheep you are. Some Freedom of Speech we have there.

Frank called the Republicans "clowns."

Wow, that epithet really stings, coming from a Congressman who ran a gay brothel from his luxury apartment.

Lovely. A pervert who ran an underage homosexual prostitution (rape?) business from his home calls other people “clowns”.

I wonder if these statist clowns have any idea of the pressure building up among the peasants?

There is a lot of abnormal psychology going on among that group. They were isolated, sequestered, and bombarded with the party line.

They were made to seriously believe that there are enough goodies in the bill to buy sufficient votes to beat back the outraged opponents in November.

In a just world, Barney Fag would have been tarred and feathered years ago.
