I disagree. These people should hear about their perfidy relentlessly. Consistently. I think all of them should be flooded with mail, email and phone calls. Daily. Disagree all you want. They will NEVER change their minds. Are you from Michigan, do you know them? Didn't think so. That's like saying if you flood Nancy Pelosi's mail box she will change her mind.

Same boat here in MA until this past January.
I could (did) call/email/fax Kennedy and Kerry/US Rep. 24 hours a day - would they ever change their minds? God no.
