See if you see Stupak compromising in any way. I don't see it and I truly believe that Pelosi and company don't have the votes no matter how they spin and lie.

Stupak and company are the fly in the ointment. This is where the Democrats lose on this one. We need to continue to keep the pressure up. Saturday and Sunday will be important days to get to Washington DC and hammer away.

I see Sunday come around and Pelosi will be short a few votes. The House Democrats find out they will be short and a bunch of other Democrat votes turn to "No." Pelosi is thrown out as speaker and the Democrats turn into panic mode for the next few weeks. Secretly, some of the Democrats are hoping Obama's agenda is a big failure the rest of the way.

If I hadn’t had commitments this weekend, we could have left Phoenix on Wednesday and driven to D.C. for this protest. My poor children, and grandchildren-to-be, have no idea how their lives will be different if this bill passes.

Is this a realistic possibility or are you dreaming; seriously?

I agree. Stupak needs pressure and also our support for his “no” decision more than ever. Continue to pray for these guys because they are under tremendous pressure from all sides, especially there own that I am sure have threatened them and have tried to get all kinds of bribery and extortion material on them as possible.

I am serious. Stupak is not compromising and the Democrats are not open to his proposals because they have sold their souls to the devil and the pro-aborts. The Democrats would not see the light of day if they compromised on the abortion issue.

We need to continue to fight and pray until the very end but we are going to give God thanks at the end of the day.

I don't trust him. I hope I am wrong but I don't think I am.

Thrown out as Speaker now? That would be SWEET! Can it be done now?

The Rats that have a sense of self-preservation would want Obama’s agenda to shrivel up and blow away for sure.

That is what I meant. In the interview he mentioned “a half dozen to a dozen” who are in his camp.

I agree and hope it is a tipping point situation. The Undecideds will want to be on the winning side and they prefer being a no. They will wait to see where the votes will be.

I think some Dems privately see this as a Bridge to Far by Pelosi and the Kenyan. I think Obama and Pelosi are making the Dems in Congress cushy existence miserable.

You are keeping me positive. I am praying.... and I do know that God is in control. The dems own sin of abortion will be their undoing...of this I pray!

I totally understand about not trusting him. He has voted with the liberal Dems 80% of the time but this is a guy with his group that will not compromise on this one. He said in his interview he has thrown out 7 - 8 ways to do to the Dem leadership but they have rejected it. After seeing his interview, he would be a better liar than Obama if he were to sell out.

See if you see Stupak compromising in any way.

If Stupak votes 'yes' on Sunday, it will be much more than 'compromising. He will have totally and completely sold out his pro-life stance. He will be granting the Executive Branch the power to mandate that insurers provide abortion coverage. Any and all additional language that is sent to the Senate will be rejected by Republicans and Democrats alike. Stupak knows this.

Don't hold your breath on this. He still wants the health care bill passed and may still whore himself out to get it.

I still do not understand how they can change the wording of the Senate bill to take out abortion. I thought they could not change it. I know Dems make up their own rules.

So what is Stupak’s game?
1. He will vote for it if they pull abortion out which looks impossible and they will dupe him anyway.

2. Or is his group really against ObamaCare and abrotion and using it to torpedo Obamacare? His district is probably safe unless the Dems run someone. I think he and his group could still win in Nov if they vote no.
