Man, hard as I try, I just keep pronouncing his name as “Boner”. Sorry, it’s just a real glitch.
I believe there is strategy behind this also. By doing a roll call vote the reps cannot change there vote in case someone does not do what they promised behind close doors and this could cause a large problem for the dems. Thus she will not go for this I believe because it allows for no wiggle room.
