There was so much in the Stimulus bill passed a year ago that had nothing to do with the stimulus that it will make you puke.

You mean Butte, Montana really didn't need that 25 thousand dollar tennis court?

The HIPAA Hitech act was part of the ARRA bill (stimulus). part of the bill pays doctors to implement electronic health records. The schedule of payments goes out to 2014.

Butte might have needed the tennis court but they should have paid for it themselves.

A 25 thousand dollar tennis court for Butte Montana, almost sounds reasonable. What other places will likely get will be 25 thousand dollar tennis BALLS.

Are you trying to tell me that the government was able to build a tennis court for only 25 thousand dollars? That is an amazing success story.
