You can't sue the executor of an estate because he/she did not "avoid a foreseeable risk of injury to others.'. Whatever. I am out of here tonight. Been fun seeing a bunch of haters line up and post based on a CNN article that is not fully informative and in fact misleading of the facts.
It happens all the time. A liberal rag will post some 'statement' made by a republican and suddenly a thread on FR appears railing the republican for something that was taken totally out of context.
