That is wonderful new, congratulations!
However, I think it's very dangerous to take that as a sign that God "doesn't hate" you.
What if it returns? What if someone you love gets cancer?
The other night my wife and I were out to dinner and a couple tables away there was a family where the little girl (she was about ten) had no hair (I assume it was leukemia or something like that), was I to think that God hates her?
