So the editors at Austin American Statesman "FOUND" this note on his website. Wow! They are really quick. FoxNews.com has had it up for a while now. And it has been posted several times here on FR. The editors should have worded this "Editor's Note" in such a way as to not imply that their crack investigative skills uncovered the nutbag's opus since they are so late coming to the party.
Because FReeRepublic was FIRST to discover it, before this paper and the news media learned of it, that's why. And this is not the first thread on this. We even reported it to Drudge, FOX and elsewhere. It was after we reported it that they began covering it.
and a WHOIS search says it was registered to Joe Stack of San Marcos, TX. The registration is due to expire in June. Stack expired today

Notice in his screed that he bemoans the fact that congress could bail out the bankers and the automakers, but couldn't find a way to pass universal healthcare. His SPEW NEEDS TO BE POSTED so that people can see he was no right-winger. Don't let the media spin this guy as a Tea Party activists. You KNOW they will try.

Probbaly to counter the missinformation. Look at the first few hundred post on the original breaking news. It was greared he was going to be a Tea Party person and that the media was going to use that against conservatives everywhere.
