I don’t know about Texas, but in Alabama anything over two floors it’s called a high rise.
Seconds before the second plane hit the second tower, an NTSB official was on CNN saying they believed the cause to be an ATC computer glitch. Seconds later, she shut up.
FoxNews banner says that people are trapped on 2nd floor.

Yes, it looks like the whole interior is ablaze. A "small plane" like a Cessna 182 wouldn't do that. It must've been a larger aircraft, maybe something like a Gulfstream or Learjet.

Oh they learned, they don’t want the “backlash” against muzzies to start. Can’t have “diversity” being a “casualty” of this incident.
So, they spin, deny, twirl, flip around, do whatever it takes, but keep the citizens ignorant.
Don’t justify their fears with any evidence of the facts that this administration is not capable of suppressing terrorism on U.S. soil.
How many “non-acts” of terrorism have we had on U.S. soil now that the 0 has been in charge? How many under the previous administration?
Seems to be the building next to the one housing the FBI. However, they are so similar from the air, if this was targeted it could have been the FBI.
With the hit in the center of the building, it was on purpose or the pilot had absolutely no control (whether conscious or not.)
