This is a sick thing we are dealing with here. It needs to be put down like a rabid dog. One of his victims was a teenage girl who was brutally murdered.

Ironically, the murderer confessed to killing her but adamantly denied raping her or sexually assaulting her. The murderer said she walked in on him as he was burgling the house.

18 years later DNA technology exonerated the murderer for the rape. His sentence has been reduced.
