This is just a bunch of mirrors and smoke to keep the ignorant masses to keep voting democrat. These politicians know if a federal government passes a national mandated health insurance these laws will be worthless. This another one of those I was against it before I was for it moments, the only exception is these State level politicians won’t be voting for the real package they hope gets passed on the National level.
The problem is that they cannot make it illegal for the federal government to collect the increased taxes. So you don’t have to have the insurance but you still pay for it. How many people will then say “Since I am paying for it I should get something out of it”?
