The objective was exceedingly limited ~ to simply find out if, in fact, Landrieu's office had set their phones to busy ~ which they proved.

I would have done this entirely differently and they still wouldn't know what happened. Fortunately I don't engage in such behavior. And NO COSTUMES ~ just wear ordinary street clothes. Plus, RUBBER SOLES. If you are in a wire puller's job you stay insulated at all times!
