Brazil, China, India and South Africa called Sunday for developed countries to quickly begin handing over the $10 billion pledged in Copenhagen to poor countries to help them deal with the effects of climate change.

So what's stopping them!

China:
Stop placing two high-sulpher coal fire plants PER WEEK on-line!

Oh...and there’s NOTHING money or mankind can do to change the climate...So, we’ll just keep our money thank you.

How old is China?

How old is the United States?

Which one is the 'developed' and which one is the 'developing' nation again?

China’s position in this is brilliant. Typically the rich country giving aid seeks to garner some goodwill from the country receiving the aid. For years, the US has given foreign aid, more or less, as political clout. Now, China has been able to position themselves, as the saviors of the poorest nations, while we actually pay the tab. China is seen throughout these poor countries, now, as the one large nation that really “cares” about these poor nations. Jui jitsu of the highest order. I wish some in our state department could actually see this.....but it is difficult in looking at the world through the rose colored lenses of an ivy league education.

I agree. We are presently broke and rapidly becoming under developed. Where is OUR money?
