The latest aftershock from the Massachusetts earthquake: House Speaker Nancy Pelosi just announced she doesn’t have the votes for the House to pass the Senate’s version of the health care bill.

Pelosi as speaker is politically dead. Her speakership days are numbered. She will not win re-election to the speakership position even if by some miracle democrats retain the house in Nov, which I doubt. Depending on the speed of things, she may even be forced to resign the position even before the elections are held.
Yep, Scott Brown caused an earthquake in the house. IF IF...a Republican can be elected in the bluest state in the union and the former seat of Ted Kennedy....HA....GAME OVER...ALL seats in House and Senate are now in play...
