FLORIDA ELECTION CENTRAL

If we are going to make a difference in the upcoming election, we need to KNOW the candidates. Please post the names of ALL your Congressional candidates on this thread along with any and all information available.

We need names, positions, platforms, news articles, statements, pictures. We need to separate the RINOS from the Conservatives, and most of all, we need to get the liberals of either party OUT!

We can do this if you help. I have started this thread. All you have to do is contribute a little time and a little research. Help us help this country, and between us, we WILL take our country back!

Let's Do It!!!

TOPICS: Politics/Elections; US: Florida
KEYWORDS: candidates; elections; fl2010; flec2010; florida; politics
Please ping your lists.

Let's DO it!!!

Thanks.

Need to call and fax Crist that they better not dump 45,000 Haitians on FL or we are screwed even more. They are talking about it.

Edward Lynch and Curt Price are running for Florida District-19, which is my section of the state.

http://curtpriceforcongress.com/

I've heard both of 'em speak at CandidateFEST in Broward Co. this last year.
Lynch is extremely-passionate, the better-known of the 2 as far as local notoriety, a Tea-Party Conservative and very involved locally.
Price is a more recent addition, life-long businessman-turned-Tea Party-oriented-candidate, more attention to details on the issues in explaing them; however, his approach is slightly dead-pan in contrast to Lynch's zeal in delievering the message and holding the audiences attention.

IMO, if Lynch can pick-up and flesh-out the same expository-focus on the Issues like Price does, He's the better shot for the Win.

Great puzzlement here in Florida.

I've yet to see a Monroe County garbage truck driver who was NOT a Haitian—and few have any command of the English language whatsoever.

(One of the few/best jobs in Monroe County is a Monroe County employee).

We need more Conservative candidates like Lt. Col. Allen West. He’s no RINO.

Check this out:

“West Calls on Klein to Open Healthcare Debate”

PRESS RELEASE
January 7, 2010

(Deerfield Beach, FL)- Republican Congressional Candidate Allen West today called the backroom negotiations over healthcare “a flagrant disregard of the trust of the American people.” West called on his opponent, Representative Ron Klein, to demand the negotiations be made public or announce he will vote against the bill.

“Our Republic depends on openness, on our citizens being able to learn about legislation and make their thoughts known to Members of Congress,” West stated in an email sent to his supporters today. “No Member of Congress should support a bill whose details are unknown to the public.” West called for grassroots activists to contact Congress and demand open hearings on the healthcare bill.

“This is not representative government, it is a flagrant disregard of the trust of the American people,” West stated. “The only word to describe what Representative Klein’s boss, Nancy Pelosi, is doing is nefarious. Our Republic stands upon a simple premise called the rule of law; this is completely the antithesis of that principle”.
