Most Mormons don't agree with Reid's views.
I accept Vatican II and I don't look back, I would also welcome any official reformation of Islam. I don't have any problem with religious updating. Lastly, I am not particularly familiar with the doctrinal arguments but I do know where most Mormon's stand on most things. I'm sorry there's so much antagonism directed at them on religious grounds, but there you have it.

Depends on what views you are talking about. I know many LDS who agree with him on abortion, gay marriage (b/c a win on gay marriage will lead to a legalization of polygamy), socialism (United Order) and even racism.
