I’ve been watching new info trickle in for the past 24 hours, and the more I see, the number I get. He fed the agency honest-to-goodness actionable intelligence about jihadis to build up his credibility, to the point where he came to be regarded as their best asset in years. They looked the other way when he posted on jihadist online forums, accepting his assurances at face value that he was only saying what he was saying to fool the enemy — even though, of course, he wasn’t.
Finally he told them that he had big news about Zawahiri, which drew a phalanx of CIA officers eager to land the biggest of the big fish.
So eager, in fact, that he reportedly wasn’t given a polygraph before being taken to the base and was allowed to skip checkpoints before arriving at the rendezvous point.
Which brings us to Scarborough. According to his sources, the bomber detonated within seconds of stepping out of the car. How can that be, though?

He was right. He did have news from Zawahiri. The news was that he had penetrated their cell.
I fear the underwear bomber on Christmas Day was just a decoy, the predecessor to the main event. Picture the current situation. The country is exhaling since the disaster was averted. The President is pointing fingers. The Government is in disarray, if you can tell the difference. Procedures are being examined/changed - everything’s in flux and no one knows which end is up.
I think the failed bomber was a feint, and the detonator was an intentional dud. I’m guessing that the main event will happen within the next week, probably in Washington, D.C. or maybe at the Super Bowl, somewhere which would involve large number of deaths and international headlines for weeks.
Oops, I forgot January 20, the State of the Union; what a perfect scenario for Osama, Obama saying things are under control and Osama demonstrating that nothing’s under control! I bet that’s it!
The CIA has become submissive dhiminis to their boss the Islamic usirper. They have cheered the Islamo-marxist at Langely and their employees paid the price as they were pawned by his bosses in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
Very sad but they conspired to elected the muslim. Blackwater was the real warriors protecting the USA. The CIA has become another paper shuffling bureacracy like the Postal Service, NSASA, Fannie & Freddie, et al.
Sad but more mericans will die due thie islamic usurper and the CIA had a hand in helping him.

This is so set-up.
Not sure I believe that. It seems a bit late to be changing things to make the CIA look not so culpable. Will wait for the next iteration of this story.
