FBI scouring digital files of Jordanian accused of plotting to bomb Dallas tower
Agents arrested him Sept. 24 after he dialed a cellphone he believed would detonate a bomb in a Ford Explorer he had parked under Fountain Place. His FBI handlers supplied him with the fake explosive, wired to appear authentic.
