Just watch the states (who are all hurting for revenue) as they raise taxes on everything imaginable. One of their first targets up will be maximum taxes on internet sales/purchases. Also, recall that Pelosi and company have already floated the idea that a value added tax (VAT, as they have all over Europe) should be considered and you can bet that will be a federal initiative.

As stated above, it is a good idea to consolidate and hide whatever assets you have, invest in commodities to the extent possible, and save your gold and silver....
