I followed the posts back upthread and you talked about a lot of things. How was I to know which thing you thought wasn’t newsworthy?
When was the last time that the press wrote about the Tom Delay case (also still under prosecution by the state)?
They still spit on his name when they can.
There is child abuse in every community. The state made a special effort to highlight this one.
And that is something I ask “por que” about. The State fed some outragous scare stories.
Bad to hear that some kids were mistreated. Good to hear that some convictions have come of it. But it was “shooting” wrecklessly and may cost the state in the end which means it costs me.
