Redundant post. Excuse me.

Holder is dragging his feet on this, as predicted. What worries me is that by denying Orly, he is able, or at least liable to try, to lump the others seeking "ex-relator" status in with Orly and delay this even further.

As Holder and the gang continue to have even a feeble excuse for these tactics, our Fearlessly Ineligible Leader will be proposing new members of the SCOTUS, making the Revolt of 2010 all the more important.

Now if only someone could reassure me that the GOP has (a) A PLAN, (b) A PROGRAM (c) A LEADER (d) A CLUE as to what to do in 2011, and 2012, I surely would feel better about all of this.
