I would think that the “best evidence” rule would apply...my thinking is that Andrew can only testify as to what James & Hannah told him they intended to do, or did, and on what dates, which cities. All that being fine, if undramatic.
But the juice is on the videotapes. The videotapes are the best testimony as to what is being alleged or suspected, and viewing same should be the act that allows the viewer/juror to make their own independent judgement as to the meaning on the content.
My point being that AB is just an aggregator in this case; not that there’s anything wrong with that!
