I know that Patty Murray spoke of it on the Senate floor, but what that leads to, who knows. As far as I'm concerned it is the bleeding heart liberal mentality that came to Clemmons running free.

They always feel sorry, poor guy didn't have a chance, oh he had a bad childhood, you know all the usual excuses. Come on, if that was the case, at least half of us would be criminals just based on our childhoods.

I do wonder how people can be such suckers. I’ve always had street smarts, could size up a phony, but some are so naive no matter what... I don’t get it.

Bad childhood is not an excuse, poverty is not an excuse, disability is not an excuse, for criminal behavior of any kind. Period, end of story. I don’t understand the moral equivocation these liberals indulge in.

Nor do I understand how Huckabee was so suckered by the “I’ve been saved” routine.
