Yes, they play off the reality that CO2 IS in fact a greenhouse gas but 'conveniently' ignore that there is no historical evidence that supports it being a problem at levels even close to what we are capable of producing. CO2 creates a dramatic greenhouse effect on Venus -- where it is 97% of the atmosphere, versus 0.038% for Earth.
