Parkland, Spanaway, Puyallup, Lakewood, East Tacoma. All hotzones of gang activity, and also the home of some of the lowest of the low crack head trailer trash scum you can find.
Anyone know of a way to decipher gang tags? In the last two years my area south of Renton, WA has been bombarded by tags. PBS is the most common.

Are you listing Gangs known to the US or to the Washington area.
I cant imagine trying to identify all those Gangs by tatoos/imblems in one area.
That would be a fulltime activity in itself.
