In October we learned about the upcoming UN Climate Treaty gathering in Copenhagen and how President Barack Obama was expected to sign this thing, making the U.S. Constitution subservient to UN climate law designed to fight a problem that doesn’t even exist. We have Lord Christopher Monckton of Great Britain to thank for exposing this threat.

Then we heard a few weeks later from the New York Times that the deal was falling apart and that we shouldn’t expect any agreement to come together in Copenhagen in December.

But that was before the ClimateGate release of emails from a key global warming group in Britain which showed global warming fanatics talking to one another about how to manipulate the scientific data so that it appeared to back up their outrageous claims about anthropogenic global warming.

Now that the cat is out of the bag (while the American “mainstream” media is still desperately trying to keep it hush-hush), we learn President Obama is wearing some of the emperor’s new clothes and headed to Copenhagen with the intention of subjugating our nation with this treaty.

He knew very well about the newly revealed “documents.” Let's subpoena his White House briefing notes and check if any info was brought to his attention. If there was any evidence of knowing this latest information, impeachment is a slam dunk.

Treaties

The Constitution gives the Senate the power to approve, by a two-thirds vote, treaties made by the executive branch.

The Senate has rejected relatively few of the hundreds of treaties it has considered in its history. Many others, however, have died in committee or been withdrawn by the president rather than face defeat.

Some presidents have found it helpful to include senators in negotiating treaties in order to help pave the way for later Senate approval.

The requirement for a two-thirds vote ensures that a treaty will need bipartisan support to be approved.

Oh he’ll sign it all right. Don’t kid yourself for one minute. Even if the Senate doesn’t approve the treaty the fix is in for Crap and Tax which will effectively get what the globalists want anyway...some walking around money from the US.
He has to sign it. How else do you expect him to get enough votes to become ruler of the world? They want him to rule. They love him. He embodies everything all the one world government crazies long for. First the US Presidency, then Secretary General of the UN, and then king of the world.

When Obama burned the contracts of the preferred Chrysler and GM bondholders and gave their money to the UAW THAT was grounds for impeachment. When he created out of whole cloth dozens of unconfirmed czars with purview over confirmed cabinet secretaries THAT was grounds for impeachment.

This FACT seems to be passing unnoticed in the night by many Freepers and seeming all of the MSM.

Anybody remember Kyoto? It "passed" in Kyoto, Japan. Al Gore brought it back and laid it on Clinton's desk and the Senate voted 95 to 0 to send a DOA message to good old Bill. Kyoto never came up for a real vote in the Senate. The Copenhagen Agreement will also "pass" and will have exactly zero impact on us. There is no way the Senate will confirm anything coming out of Copenhagen.
