I don’t think billboard messages like this are particularly productive. It’s a good way to get yourself on a list that will come back to haunt you. People need to use prudence when making statements.
Whose home will be the first on the gun confiscation list? Any guesses?
A billboard that said, “Vote every incumbant Congressman out in 2010, would be much more productive.” It could help facilitate a 100% swap out of every House member for a new Congressional term starting in January 2011.
We should try to replace each Senator up for renewal for the next three sessions too. 2010, 2012, and 2014.
We could have an all new body of elected leaders by 2014 if we stuck to it.
I fully support non-violent revolution to defeat liberal fascism. I agree that non-felonious tax avoidance needs to become widespread, as well as the “soft” underground economy. For example, I never buy new what I can buy used, thus avoiding sales tax. I refuse to contribute to any college or university unless they disclose the ideological makeup of the faculty. I don’t subscribe to any government-propaganda publication or broadcast(i.e. major networks). I barter and trade in cash. I don’t do business knowingly with any outfit that supports liberal fascism (i.e., AARP, Sierra Club). I make my own alcohol, get my prescription drugs from Mexico and my tobacco products directly from the Indians. I build remodels with no permits and I haul stuff with no special license. I drive a beat-up old diesel car that I don’t have to get smogged. If there is a way to screw the government out of a nickel, I am on it.

After reading through, I see a few hotheads who want to storm Washington.
Okay. Where do we muster? Where’s the command and logistics structure? Which company, platoon and squad leader do we report to? Who’s the commander? Hell, who’s the squad leader? Where’s the armory where we can turn in a defective trigger housing for a new one? Can we even march on the grinder (parade field)?
Until we answer these questions, people calling for a revolution now are freelancers, loose cannons and maybe agent provocateurs.
First, we’re conservatives who believe in the rule of law - both a blessing and a curse. Conservatives are waiting to see how the rule of law plays out in the next few years.
Remember, too, that it took the Founders 25 years to organize, create a political base and find leaders to take on the British Crown. The leftists have been working to overthrow the United States since 1910. And every succeeding generation has done nothing to stop it. So the work falls to us.
We’re at the organization stage. That’s good. From here, we’ll find our George Washington and Col. Moultrie and Sergeant Jasper.

I was afraid this was where we were heading. The Democrats are thumbing their noses at the people. The resultant ire is pushing at the wall and they can’t see it. They are being told that the majority of the people don’t want what they are doing, and they continue to do it anyway. They can’t be that stupid that they can’t see the sentiment that is welling up. People are out of working and they are fiddling while Rome burns on a health insurance bill that they know won’t make it in the end. Families are loosing their homes and they are talking about the valedictorian making promises at Copenhagen that will tax the living daylights out of our energy. They are unreal! There is no question but that they are heading in a direction that will suddenly spur a push back, and it may not be just in the voting booth. If you are reading this, make an effort to alert them of how you feel. If only a few of us do it, they will think they are getting away with it. As you can see by these signs, some have already been pushed too far by these clowns. Take a shot at waking them up by contacting them and telling them your thoughts. Might save us all a period of upheaval.
Weel, the first law enacted bythe first Congress was to codify the Declaration of Independence, so the guy is making a lawful suggestion.
I suspect there are a lot of people who would join such an effort if things don’t change soon.
