If it were me, I'd promise a 17.2% drop.
Just because.

Greenhouse gases will drop 17% when the public drags the House and Senate democrats into the street to tar and feather them for passing anything along the lines of Cap and Tax.
Of course, all the gunfire may raise the gas level up a bit, but that will only be temporary.

He may be able to achieve this by just shutting his mouth.

What are greenhouse gases? It is normally called rain. Keeps the planet cool enough for humans to live on.

"in the range of" 17% below 2005 levels by 2020, Is a 10% INCREASE "in the range of 17%"?

Does his verbal promise have the weight of law? Just asking. Any lawyers want to explain? I take this to mean this is a drive-by teleprompter photo-op for the leftards with no strings attached. Just another worship me moment after he decided to stay in Afghanistan. It will be fun to watch his numbers in the next weeks.

No. As posted above any treaty must have 2/3 approval from the Senate.
Good luck hussien on getting that.

A 17% drop in green house gases?
It is a shame he isn’t promising half that in a drop of U.S. unemployment.
What an UPSIDE DOWN world we now live in.
:(

To: BradtotheBone
Irony, we can drop that alleged greenhouse gases by 17% by simply denying Barry and company the use of AF1 given the sheer amount of galavanting he has done it in less than 1 year in office. =.=
