Since when does the Justice Department have the authority to pull someone away from the Defense Department. Only Obama should be able to make that call.
Where I work, all decisions are made by the Superintendent “or his designee.” Just because the boss passes his power on to a subordinate does not mean that he is not ultimately responsible for how the situation was handled. If Obama passed to Holder, he should be getting flak for doing so...
