With the introduction of Harry Reid's health care bill - talk will inevitably focus on whether the public option or the Stupak amendment will undermine the legislation. Yet, if the bill dies, I do not think either of these will be the primary cause of death.
I think this will be the culprit:

This is the CBO's analysis of how the Reid bill will cut Medicare. The total reductions come out to $491 billion over 10 years when everything is factored in.

They want the sheep poor and needy so they vote Dem.

Right now they don’t give a flip what they pass. They want to pass SOMETHING that will give them total control over all health dollars. They’ll figure out what they’re going to do after they get control, and the primary point is getting power, not providing health care.
If they don’t reduce Medicare & Social Security payments drastically real soon, bad things will happen. Killing a lot of old people is the most effective way to do that.
There’s no ‘more likely’ about it. Their agenda has nothing to do with jobs, the economy, providing a real solution to health care, or voter apathy. Their intent is to get as much destabilizing legislation through Congress as they can, then push through Amnesty prior to the 2010 elections, thus solidifying their re-election.
This is what tyranny looks like up close and personal. It’s up to We The People to get these traitors out of office in 2010 and 2012. If not, we’re destroyed as a free people. These Congressional politicians have declared upon the American people. A vote in 2010 and 2012 for any of these traitors is a vote to destroy your own freedom.
