Believe it or not, over at DUmbunderground, they are still saying that it doesn’t matter if this is all true, that GW IS STILL CAUSED BY MAN!!

(But to be fair, there are a few posters over there saying that, if it is true, they want to know, that they want the truth even if it does go against what they’ve come to believe.)
Anyway, Bjorn Lomborg and his “Skeptical Environmentalist” is finally vindicated. The Eco-commies pilloried him for that book, which was a look at the full-body of evidence on an array of environmental issues and studies and he found that there was massive fraud being perpetrated by the Eco-nazis and the Eco-commies. I’ve been defending him for years and I’m glad to see some “inside” evidence that clears his name.
Doesn’t Bjorn still believe CO2 is the culprit and man is the main contributor?
My understanding it was aa 61 MB Zip file - 160 MB when decompressed.
I’ve downloaded it and perused a few files. Almost all of them are about how to obtain funding and how to sell climate change. Haven’t found anything about actual data yet.

His main thesis is that, because of Western-style capitalism, the planet has gotten 30% cleaner every ten years for the past 3 decades. He thinks there is still a lot we need to do about pollution, but if he believes man’s activities are causing GW, then that’s news to me, and he’s wrong on that point.

Here is a searchable version of the CRU data. Searching “McIntyre” I found nasty emails referring to him and how he was going to be denied the data he was politely asking for. In the emails the CRU people claimed he would only twist it so don’t even respond to him and that he was funded by industry. Ironic since the CRU people are huge leeches off government funding. In fact that’s why they lie so much, to maintain their research funding
Another email was to Keith Briffa and what a jam he was in with his cherry picking of trees/tree rings

I was one of the lucky few who downloaded the file directly from the Russian ftp/webserver while the file was 'still up' into the evening on Thursday.
File transferred in at a whopping 7 KB/sec owing to the source and number of downloads in progress ... needless to say it took several hours to do the full 61 MB zip file download ...

Well, I'm not usually one to get into the personal stuff, but no, I'm not working now. I was until Thursday of last week.
My rotator cuff on my right shoulder went out on me about a month ago and I was no longer able to do the job I was hired to do. The company I worked for had little choice but to let me go and get someone in who could do the job. I pretty much knew when it happened that I was bound to be let go eventually. At least they didn't let me go last month when it happened!
So now I'm 48 (it's my birthday today and it's hard to believe I've had this handle since I was 36), I have a torn rotator cuff and am unemployed with little chance of finding anything, what with the current economic situation. I can't even go back to work on my tools (as a craftsman) 'cause I can't lift anything, climb a ladder, pull a wrench, etc.
Not to worry, though, I'll find something. It's hard to keep a good man down!
