You know, it just occurred to me.
Imagine if they blunder this and set KSM free or slap on the wrist. That’d be a great way to get the dems out of power for the next 25 years.
You could hang that boat anchor around Obama’s neck and he’s going down.

"In remarks prepared before Wednesday's hearing, Holder says such concerns are misplaced, because judges can control unruly defendants and any pronouncements by Mohammed would only make him look worse." Really? What happens if KSM decides he wants to represent himself? How is the judge going to "control" him then???
Of course he and his master, DEAR LEADER care less about the fall out, cuz this dog and pony show will last long after the 2012 elections.

Side question: Why is Susan Collins reported on Fox this am as “freaking out” in the closed door briefing on the Hasan case? Apparently so shaken by what she heard that she had to leave the room. Some very strange stuff going on.......White House acting strangely.
Why did Obama say Hasan had to be in a military court in order to avoid a circus atmosphere when a circus atmosphere in lower Manhatten for KSM is no big deal?

"We are at war, and we will use every instrument of national power -- civilian, military, law enforcement, intelligence, diplomatic and others -- to win," Holder says.So we're "at war" but will act in direct contradiction to the fact.
The country's being run by inmates of a minimum-security insane asylum.

Hmmmm. A Defense attorney joining (actually leading) the prosecution of a related case......conflict of interest? Wouldn’t he have to be at arm’s length?
I’m not a lawyer, I’m just guessing from common sense.

Bear in mind that KSM will make inflammatory remarks in Arabic, which will then be translated for the benefit of the judge (and others). Any nasty stuff will be out and broadcast to the middle east LITERALLY before the judge knows what has been said.
Good luck with controlling that.

Holder doesn’t get the fact that it’s not about us fearing them, it’s about making sure they fear us.
The signal from the O administration is that we are not to be feared.

Holder says such concerns are misplaced, because judges can control unruly defendants and any pronouncements by Mohammed would only make him look worse.
Holder is not this stupid. Holder has already said he expects KSM to be found guilty.....face the death penalty. Given that logic, why would KSM "behave" during his trial? He's already indicated he's willing to be put to death. KSM has nothing to lose in making his "pronouncements" and nothing to gain by staying quiet.
Holder throws around phrases about not cowering, not being skeered, to deflect major concerns about trying him in civilian court. Oh, please, Eric, we're not that stupid, either. That is lame.

Oh, he called the American citizenry ‘cowards’ less than a year ago. Now he calls KSM coward, oh, so he thinks like Napalitano, the American citizenry are terrorists......but KSM, is nothing to fear, right? Right?

And what about if the court decides to sequester the jury??? I have no doubt this trial will go on for a long time. I’m sure there are alot of New Yorkers who are dreading that “report for jury duty” notice these days. Probably thinking of excuses to get them out of it.

I just watched Sessions and he was great...Holder sounds WEAK and PATHETIC! Anyone watching this will not cheer Barry’s team and decision.

Im not a lawyer, Im just guessing from common sense. Common sense is not so common at the White Crib or the "Just Us" Department. Eric "The Coward" Holder needs to recuse himself and fire his former cronies at Covington who now hold Fed jobs.
