Distribution was not the purpose of the video.
Profit or monetary gain was not the purpose of the video.
The subject of the video was not a celebrity at the time the tape was created.

How do you know that? Carrie says there was no sex on the tape. So, how do you come to say there was sexual activity on the tape? Have you seen the tape yourself? Were you there when she made the video?
