I don’t have all the facts, but I think it’s fair to say that Maj. Hasan acted stupidly.

Obama says don't jump to conclusions on shooting

Does Obama mean the shooter didn't act "stupidly"?

Themore I look at the absolute stupidity of this administration...One that I thought you could not act any more stupid than the Carter administration...

It makes me physically ill at the thought of our future...

And yes, this is 10 months into an administration that has had its first terrorist attack on American soil since 9-11...As a previous poster pointed out, and rightfully so...

Anyone who cannot conceivably connect the dots is an idiot...

Apparently this is inclusive of the entire media complex, liberal democrats and other assorted scum around the world...

This is just too surreal...

“he urged people not to jump to conclusions.....”

But he`s permitted to jump to conclusions without having all the facts and claim a cop acted “stupidly.”

Did the Joke-in-Chief say the murders were a “teachable moment?”

How many more will it take? Sooner or later, because the Government refuses to protect the homeland from these savages, the citizens will act.

Obama's appointee for Homeland Security (Napolitano) sees returning veterans as potential terrorists. She should be FIRED for not investigating Muslims/Islamists in the military who have MySpace, Facebook, Twitter and other accounts wherein they've sworn allegiance to destroy America and Americans. Employers in the free market do it every day - yet the government that wants to control our healthcare cannot conduct constant deep investigations on those who may well be terrorists because it offends an activist organization hellbent on making sure all Muslims and Islamists, no matter their allegiance, are inserted into our military, our White House, and everywhere they can possibly be put.

PC behavior is getting our soldier killed repeatedly because the government cannot do its job objectively (taking NO orders from ANY activist organization and doing whatever it takes to keep our troops out of harms way). Any imbecile knows that routine investigations are done on those seeking employment as a condition of employment. Why is our government (and Napolitano) either negligent or foolishly and unprofessionally unaware about background checks (especially when this particular employee has "issues" according to legitimate news sources prior to this shooting.??????? Instead she disrepects valiant warriors who have served honorably in many theaters of war serving our nation knowing they could have died doing it to protect US?

“Obama does not want to be the President with the first terror attack on American soil since 9-11-01.”

There could be another 9/11 and the Obama junta would claim it`s not terror related.

Our military brass has been on a PC roll and has not separated muslim threats from inside the military complex. This man was reported to them and yet he was allowed to stay in the military. After years of his speaking out against our country he was even promoted from Captain to Major last spring.

But, but, but, they were using their diversity training. Here's an idea for civilian jobs: hire a lot of people (who themselves are continuously screened) to do continuous background checks on ALL military personnel. Finding even one who posts anti-American or zealot / angry with military thoughts could save countless lives and actually employ people who need jobs (unspent Stimulus money is still available!!!!!)

What in the hell were they thinking keeping this man in the military? How would we like our children/spouses/loved ones in the military having someone like this "protecting" our backs when we needed protection most?

Northcom issues directive cautioning against terror threat complacency

Thursday, 01 October 2009 Responding to HSToday.us’ inquiry about the NORTHCOM directive, NORTHCOM spokesman Lt. Cmdr. Gary Ross said Wednesday “the bottomline is we just want to make sure that we remain on our toes for all the installations that are within CONUS to review the policies and procedures and to avoid complacency” toward the continuing domestic terrorist threat to military installations.

This coward, our so-called president, is a Muslim lover and a terrorist sympathizer. No matter how much evidence points to this heinous act as an act of terrorism, Obama will deny it.  I have the feeling he won't even talk about it anymore.  His lackeys obviously has handed down the talking points to the media, because they are contorting like rubber bands around the words "terrorist" and "religion," - and accusing the murderer of being a terrorist would put undue pressure on the man at the top, who couldn't care less about American soldiers being killed.

All the excuses applied to this terrorist are intended to exonerate him or at least diminish the magnitude of this crime. Excuses such as harassment suffered years earlier are hollow, as he is a professional psychiatrist trained to deal with harassment. But worse yet, alluding that he might have suffered from post dramatic stress syndrome, when he never set foot overseas nor saw any combat, is laughable and utterly ridiculous.

However, turning him into some sort of victim will weaken the severity of his crime in the eyes of some people, and the atrocity will be seen more as the killings of a madman, rather than an act of a terrorist on his own personal jihad.  Obama benefits tremendously from that revised narrative, since he doesn't have to deal with the responsibility of protecting Americans from terrorists.

Neither Obama nor the mainstream media want to take into consideration that right after 9/11, Hasan unsuccessfully tried to leave the military, and just 6 months ago he was posting comments online about suicide bombings, and uttering comments like 'Muslims should rise and fight (Americans).'  Hasan is a terrorist sympathizer, and his views about America's involvement in the Middle East were well known to those who dealt with him in the armed forces.

This terrorist premeditated a rampage, and he chose Thursday for the big day, which according to military reports is the busiest day at Fort Hood's Soldier Readiness Center, due to deployment or soldiers coming back from the war.  He chose this day to inflict the worst damage possible.

This was a premeditated terrorist attack on our soil, pure and simple. But if anyone has any hopes of seeing Obama deplore this terrorist act as such in the near future, I have a bridge to sell you.
