WASHINGTON (AP) - President Barack Obama said Friday the entire nation is grieving for those slain at Fort Hood, and he urged people not to jump to conclusions while law enforcement officers investigate the shootings. Obama met Friday morning with FBI Director Robert Mueller and other federal leaders to get an update on what they've learned. Thirteen people were killed and 30 others injured in the shooting rampage at the Texas Army post on Thursday. The suspected shooter is an Army psychiatrist; his motive remains unclear.
"We don't know all the answers yet. And I would caution against jumping to conclusions until we have all the facts," Obama said in a Rose Garden statement otherwise devoted to the economy.

Noticeable that he said "We will keep you updated".
Uh...Where's Homeland Security through all this?? Particularly because this friggn' Muslim was on Obama's Transition team. Betcha there's a lot of shredding going on.

I’m sorry to say that the FBI, with Mueller in charge, will be happy to help Obama and the media cover this up.
Mueller was one of President Bush’s worst appointments, IMHO. The FBI continues to be run by the clintonoids who were promoted to the top levels.

I promise to not jump to the conclusion that it was Amish terrorists again until there is solid proof.

How many nanoseconds would it take to “jump to conclusions” if some white guy shot up a MLK Day rally?

Im sure this guy was just cleaning his gun. Or, a very inaccurate shooter trying to commit suicide instead of being force to go fight GWB's war.

How many more will it take?
Sooner or later, because the Government refuses to protect the homeland from these savages, the citizens will act.

So will Obama have a beer summit over this?
I remember that dumb comment by Obama. It was stupid because he admitted that he didn’t have all the facts in the arrest of the black professor, and then proceeded to jump to conclusions at that time.
And now he’s telling us all not to jump to conclusions here.
Okay..............

So his message of concern for our men and women was obscured by his second message.
You're so right, and it so disgusts me.
I was horrified when he went on to talk about the economy and blah-blah-blahing (I admit I stopped listening) about subjects that were obviously more important to him.
It was truly awful, and frightening, to sit there knowing what even a halfway decent (and/or halfway intelligent) CiC would do--talk about what happened at Fort Hood and get off the stage--and then seeing our POTUS doing something entirely different.

Hey Obama, what was the initial conclusion You thought of? Huh? Yeah, that's what I thought. .
To: Justaham
The suspected shooter is an Army psychiatrist; his motive remains unclear. Is this going to be the MSM meme? He was just an Army psychiatrist and we don't know why he did it?
How about: "He is a radical Muslim who shouted "God is great" in Arabic as he began murdering people. It is difficult to not conclude this was jihad by an Islamic terrorist."

Obama is right. Any perception of âjumping to conclusions will only be used by Obama to “justify” his under-reacting when the facts are known. There is a time to grieve and a time to react. This is the former. Between now and the latter, I am sure Obama will only give us more ammunition.
