I’m glad that you mentioned court shopping. This is something that cannot be talked about enough. The practice of court shopping or judge shopping has systematically changed our laws over the years. This is a dirty trick that the ACLU and similar lawyers groups have used over the years. They are stealing our laws and our rights.

Marriage is a universal concept as you say. It is only in the last 10 years that we have heard anything about same sex marriage. Same sex marriage has not existed in any known culture. Not China, India, Japan or Europe. It is only in these past few years that the leftists have introduced this absurd idea in the western countries.

always some one else fault and they have to act like big drama queens

If they got out of their perverted circles and stopped reading their homosexual website propaganda then they would realise that the majority of folks do not want their agenda

exactly

they always act surprised when they fail because all they read is their propaganda websites and stay in their circles.

It is high time for them to realise that their leaders are the ones lying to them because it is their leaders who set up groups who are making money from them.

The majority do not want their agenda and want to keep marriage as a normal thing .
Now they tell me that it is their own private business

then keep it like that and stop going on about what you like sexually, o and before some homo troll tells me that it is love then guess what I love many things too , my dog, my kids , my wife etc, I only feel turned on and feel the need to have sex with my wife not anything else I love so do not give me the crap about it’s just love honest.
Nope it is a perverted mind

very true and always will be until they get their heads sorted out and stop staying in their perverted circles and websites.

man touches boy is he a homo, yep he sure is but have you noticed how the left will not count child molesters who touch boys as homosexuals

for instance up in MA the priests were touching boys.
Now the headline at the time up there was crisis in the church

well the headline should have been large amount of homosexuals have been found touching boys and homosexuals yet again touch little boys.

The way zero’s “help” has been going, the queers probably would have lost by a lot more than 6 if he’d shown up to speak in support of their dubious “cause”, lol.

There are a few states willing to tolerate the queers’ disgusting, nasty nonsense. Let them stay in those states if they want to be “married”.

Note that in the AP article (unless I missed it) they never once describe the content of these “fearmongering ads.” That pretty much tells you there was no fearmongering at all.

Compare that to what gay marriage boosters did in Wisconsin. They ran ads claiming that if the marriage referendum became law, gay couple’s adoptions would be dissolved and all sorts of other things like that. Never mind that such drivel had been predicted in every other state that put gay marriage on the ballot and it hadn’t happened...

They’ll go for the kill after this and demand a repeal of DOMA. That and ‘Don’t Ask Don’t Tell”.

and President Barack Obama's lack of engagement

Oh, yeah, if only the Obozo had been involved with the homosexual marriage issue. He did so much for Corzine with his five campaign cheerleading stints. Oh, wait. . .

People put up with smoke in a bar. Doesn’t mean they like it or prefer it.

You don't live in NY or MA, do you? ;-) They outlawed that stuff (smoking in bars) here...and we have gay marriage...

Isn’t Maine the locus of the Bush compound? I’m surprised BO is even mentioned when it could all be laid at the feet of the Bushes.

With regard to the activists use of court shopping to get the decisions they want. They set precedence.

In a sense they are like Al Qaeda; they only need one victory to change the course of events. The defenders of the American system have to be right every time.

Lawrence v. Texas was a bad decision but it won’t ever be overturned. Roe v. Wade was a bad decision and even some pro-abort folks will admit it.

The Supreme Court is not infallible and is not god like in authority.

Don’t you think that judges should have a limited amount of time on the bench? Many of them act as if they are G-d almighty.
