It’s jealousy, I have been to Canada many times and some of the residents are just jealous of the US. I always though Canadians were our soul mates or at least our best friends, that is until I went there. I still like Canada and Canadians but my illusions were shattered.

Like Minnesotans, they are inveterate do-gooders who are oblivious to the abuse potential intrinsic to social programs. Misguidely, they want to trust that their good neighbor Canadians will not loot the system.

I’m originally from BC and yes, it’s plain jealousy. No one will say it and it’s not even an assumption.

Since we were in grade school, we were “indoctrinated” to hate the U.S. C

It just gets to Canadians they know more of the US but an American public school grad couldnt find nor care about Canada on a world map.
