You migth want to follow your own advice about responding “emotionally”. :)
Although I'm not sure where you think I have responded emotionally, I don't believe I said not to respond emotionally, but rather not with knee-jerk emotion devoid of thought.
Still waiting to hear the details on FR's bad rep...
