Lieberman has already bailed on public option. Bayh is about to. But what the Republicans can do to spank the Dems is a good question. I hope they can hold off until next week’s elections have a chance to send a message.

Snowe and Lincoln have publicly announced they are against the bill. I bet you’re right, they will wait to see how bad of a thumping the Dems take next week, especially in VA.
