This is not the Kemp district: that has been Democrat for a long time now, has it not? People in Buffalo like government programs.
Yeqah, they are okay with government programs, but I was responding to someone that said a Republican couldn't win beecause it was New York. Buffalo has more in common with Scranton, PA or Ohio than with NYC in attitude.
Neither district is guaranteed Dem or RINO, they'll vote for a socially conservative Republican. They won't get excited about a Dede Sgjhghjoza.
