I understand the point that this guy and other advi-czars were not confirmed by the Senate, but they do ultimately hold the power over the White House, ie, the power of the purse. I won’t hold my breath with the current configuration, but at some point, 0bama pushes this anti-Constitutional, anti-American stuff too far, Congress cuts off funding for the White House, Executive Branch functions, etc. Part of the checks and balances that they fail to recognize and utilize, but it is there.

They want us to believe that a member of obama’s administration would do something like this without obama’s approval?

The same way 0bama had no idea about the Air Force One buzz ride by the Statue of Liberty, none, regardless that he's the only person able to authorize a flight.

I know the checks and balances are there but it is baffling why the majority in Congress does not rise up against this onslaught of the Constitution...but, then, they probably haven’t ever read it. They don’t read anything else, why should one “assume” they have read the Constitution.

The sad thing for our country is that the Bimbo Obama probably doesn’t know what is going on. He is too busy traveling on Air Force One, giving inflammatory speeches, hiding in bathrooms weeping over his hurt feelings and having lavish parties to know what decisions are being made. He hasn’t made a decision on Afghanistan because he hasn’t identified the one going under the bus when it goes badly.

Yes, ignorance probably does have a lot to do with it, but I'm also thinking it's the *my guy in the White House* syndrome, in part why many members of the opposition party fail to hold the executive accountable, they want to allow the same violations when it's *their guy* in the chair.

They seem to fail to understand that it is THEIR power that is being usurped, almost on a daily basis. This issue here, it is outrageous, totally anti-anything this country has stood for lo these two-plus centuries, it's telling that Members of Congress, both houses, don't object en masse.

Wow, that one hadn't even occurred to me, I was going with either he's too busy partying, dancing the salsa, date nights, etc., or he's trying to earn that Nobel after it was awarded, how does he explain sending more troops into a war zone when he's to be *Mr. Peace*, after all. Excellent theory, and really, probably very likely.

On this I can only come to the conclusion that the entire political class is corrupt. They're on the take. They and all their friends are making out great. They don't care what happens to the peasants, the under class.

This is why it is imperative we, the people, rise up and vote every last one of them out of office and start all over. We may get a few bad seeds that will need culling at the next vote but the message will be loud and strong...”follow our Constitution; put America and her people first; know your place in the scheme of things...you are servants of the American people and not the other way around”!! Vote out incumbents.
