Add McCotter to the list that might need to be defeated in the Primaries.

How can these Republicans defend Scozzafava?

Doug Hoffman is the Conservative alternative in this race (or Hoffman by PayPal).

Markos Moulitsas, founder of The Daily Kos has endorsed Scozzafava. Dede Scozzafava has also been endorsed by NYSUT, the largest labor union in New York, and an affiliate of the National Education Association.

Scozzafava also holds these positions:

Scozzafava has also run in past elections on the Working Families Party (a progressive party associated with ACORN) line on the ballot.

This lady isn’t a RINO, she is a big “R” libeRal democRat.

There are also 17 RINOs in the house who have donated funds to this LibeRal democRat's campaign. They include Boehner and Cantor. I don’t have a full list, but I will be looking for it. These unprincipled RINO enablers should be targeted for elimination in the primaries next year.

I support Doug Hoffman for Congress (PayPal).

Please, spread the word about this important election on November 3, 2009 in New York’s 23rd congressional district.

Ridiculous. Hoffman is a registered republican who would caucus with the GOP, so this isn’t even about overall control of congress.

For the GOP leadership, this has become about one thing: putting conservatives in their place.

"We don't want a Democrat to win that seat."

I call BS. A Democrat wins either way.

McCotter was a real darling of some here last year, but recently it has become quite obvious that he’s a RINO.

The GOP leadership could go a long way toward healing things with their base if they would ask Scozzafava to withdraw and throw their support behind Hoffman. Otherwise she is going to finish third and make them look like fools as well as traitors.

That’s just bizarre. I have seen many YouTubes of McCotter speaking with skill and force in support of the conservative point of view.

Why he would come out for this POS liberal Scozzafava is a mystery. For now I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt and believe that he has gone off half-cocked.

It would be a major disappointment to find that he has done his due diligence and still supports this trojan horse for the ‘Rats.

I think that what was formerly known as the GOP has divided into voters, donors and volunteers without anyone to support, and a leadership without any supporters.

The same thing is happening in the other fraud party, but at a slower rate.

She ran on the WFP line because she was unopposed in several races so the WFP just gave the line to her its not like she was competing against a Democratic candidate for the ballot line.

And there are other reasons why she is not as liberal as potrayed to be.

On the Albany Project, a Democratic Party leaning blog they list all the non-progressive votes she made in the last few years that angered them. Here is a summary:

- Scozzafava voted against the Farmworkers Bill of Rights that passed the Assembly. This was seen as a pro-labor and pro-worker bill to support farm laborers who face unpleasant conditions in some instances.

- Among the many areas, one area that Scozzafava seems to have a consistent record of voting “no” in is housing. This year, the Assembly has passed 20 pieces of legislation related to housing. Of those 20 bills, Scozzafava voted against several of them. The bills she voted against include: A rent increase cap, rent increases linked to inflation rate, Section 8 housing being included in rent regulation, landlord rental unit recovery, affordable housing preservation, excessive rent increase shield and expansion of the Loft Law.

Just like MD-1 or MI-7, Nancy Pelosi is ecstatic due to us in-fighting making it easy for her to retain the speakership. I could understand us doing primary fights in Utah or South Carolina, but in Blue states we should let it be.

The response I sent to Thaddeus McCotter

_______________________________________

Dear Sir,

Your support and the support of other Congressional Republicans for Dede Scozzafava is the reason why the general Republican population no longer trusts the Republican “Leadership”. And it is why I no longer financially contribute to the RNC. I send my money to individual candidates who represent my values. Because of this, I and those I can influence to do the same are contributing to the Doug Hoffman campaign.

Has anybody heard any word about Michael Steele and his role (or lack of it) in this sordid selection of a candidate??? You know, him. The “RNC” Chairman? Is he still Chairman? - or is he taken up being a radio talk show host full time?

I wonder if he (or any ‘leaders’ from the House for that matter) intercede with those 11-12 ‘bozo’ NY-23 Republican committee chairmen on voting for an actual “Republican”???

Isn’t the RNC chairman supposed to be ‘recruiting’ actual Republicans?

What in the hell is going on???

It isn't so much that Hoffman has to win - although that would be nice. Schifosa must be defeated. That's the real bottom line.

And after Schifosa goes down, everybody - and I mean everybody - that had anything to do with this travesty has to go, too.

I have lost a LOT of respect for Rep McCotter.

I need to email Greg Gutfeld and ask him to ask McCotter on the next “Red Eye” that McCotter appears on.
