Religious rights groups sound alarm on UN proposal Associated Press - 10/20/2009 5:40:00 AMBookmark and Share
SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) - Christian religious rights groups are opposing a proposed United Nations resolution that would condemn "negative stereotyping of religions."
The Rev. Carl Moeller, president of Open Doors USA, says the resolution backed by Islamic countries could be used to restrict evangelism, conversion and even criticism of religion.
Moeller says the willingness to debate conflicting truth claims is the price that people of faith pay for religious liberty.
The Becket Fund for Religious Liberty also has opposed U.N. resolutions against defamation of religion, insisting that the rights of individuals rather than faiths deserve protection.

AND next...The UN decrees that MONDAY will be the OFFICIAL day of religious observance throughout the WORLD.
They will report this but they won’t report that the one that they bow too will be impeached if he signs us up for the UN garbage on Dec. 7th?

etc, etc, etc.....
And it’s protected by our Constitution and our laws. Equally for all.
Well it’s supposed to be.
What is expected from an organization largely funded by the west , but has a group such as Africa... 83 nations - mainly backwards muslim dictatorships- moving en-masse via the UN?
And thats Africa. Add in the mideast.
How can we expect better knowing that?
