The comment about rich/celebrity guys not leaving themselves open to this type of action is spot on. He should have known better. What are they paying their agents 10% of their income for if they’re not advised about this type of setup?
Something in this accusation doesn’t add up. If I call the front desk and tell them the TV doesn’t work I expect the maintenance guy to show up not a woman. If he was looking for a woman to show up you would expect him to ask for towels or something from housekeeping.
And why would she show up in his room to repair a broken TV unless she was just looking for any excuse to go up to the famous football player’s room, have a good time, and possibly work a little blackmail on the side.
The woman’s law suit is not a result of what she is. It’s just a disagreement over price.
