This type of "acting out" happens almost daily in the life of a law enforcement officer all over the nation in democrat controlled, liberal-infested, inner-cities.

This is what happens when you kick God out of schools, the State replaces fatherhood, and the entitlement "Gimme mo" syndrome sinks in.

Anyways, good job by the cops on disfusing the situation, getting video of the crimes, and not escalating force beyond what was necessary.

He had one he was trying to take into custody, and was being hampered in that job by another - I think that would justify a really good shot of OC/10%. It doesn't always work on the big ones that are doped up (or sometimes even the little ones that are doped up) but it sure will "cut the switch off" on some of the ones like this.

IMO: The amount of pepper spray a perpetrator receives, and the amount of time it takes to clear (with water) the perpetrator's eyes is directly proportional to the lengths they went to in order to be an @$$hole...

I’m no fan of the police as currently constituted, but in this case I’d say the cop was fully justified in using violence. Tweaked-up hillbillies can only be dealt with by violence, unfortunately.
