“Check out the guy in the 911 Troofer shirt: “
That’s either Maureen Dowd or obuma’s dog “Puddles.”
why on earth is the g20 in Pittsburgh?
They couldnt come up with an excuse fast enough??
Nope, our Mayor ascended to power at age 26 when the guy in office died, and he is too stupid to know what he was getting us into (just looking for his attaboys from the national Democratic Party)
That's why it isn't called "kiss you on the cheek" gas. Pity about the area residents, though. Once it gets inside the house the place stinks for days. And it does get inside.
Officers fired gas at the protesters. Some of those exposed to the gas were coughing, complaining of eyes watering and stinging.
So in other words, the gas can be certified as working properly?

Cheers!
schadenfreude, Indeed!! If only it could have been Susan Roesgen.
(BTW-I taught this word to my English class. I love it!)
Yep and if you saw them on TV you would know that 99% of them are under 25yo probably college students who protest against corporations who most will end up working for once they graduate. They seem to overlook the fact that the reason they can attend school and do this is because their parents also work for these same corpporations. *eyeroll*
I just want to add that the vast majority of these demonstrators are from out of town...who came here to cause havoc.
The protests at point were almost funny, as due to the ‘Obama Economy’ not as many protesters as expected arrived to protest...so you had more media than actual protesting types. It was surreal.
Great thing about Pittsburgh’s landscape though...the way the have the perimeter (doesn’t PaMom sound all Jack Bauerish???) you can only get from the where the demonstrators were, to the David L Lawrence Convention Center basically down any of three roads...all of which were ‘covered.’ Great tactical moves by cops.
Lets keep our fingers crossed for tomorrow...day two is ‘supposed’ to always be the ‘bad’ day.

rwi, the guy in the photo (post 44) he has a blue button down shirt and strap/and some kind of id. I know I have seen him before? any thoughts?
Should be interested
And these are his PALS in crime - no?
Well, in that case, the violence is perfectly acceptable. As long as it "youths", and they are "emotional", and "concerned". Why, it's even praise worthy. It's just an Obama day of service to the community.
Jeb for President in 2012! (Notice the pattern, Bush 41, Bush 43 and soon Bush 45?)
It's a family tradition that goes back to the King George days(Bush family is related to those darlings).
