Whose interpretation is that?
In the end Israel will be surrounded by armies.
I pray that if WE are there it is to protect her.
It’s Zechariah’s interpretation.
Zechariah 14: 1 A day of the Lord is coming when your plunder will be divided among you. 2 I will gather all the nations to Jerusalem to fight against it; the city will be captured, the houses ransacked, and the women raped. Half of the city will go into exile, but the rest of the people will not be taken from the city. 3 Then the Lord will go out and fight against those nations, as he fights in the day of battle
That will be God's job. In Zechariah 14 all nations (that would include the US) will gather AGAINST Israel and then God will fight against those nations that fought against Israel (that would also appear to include the US).
Obama has exercised his constitutional authority to speak for America on foreign policy issues. America is now officially an enemy of Israel.
Nowhere in the Bible is this country mentioned, much less as a friend of Israel. I think we'll either be fighting against Israel under Zero and his Marxist Muslim buds, or we'll no longer be in existence. Either way, we're toast.

The term “in that day” as used in the Old Testament commonly
indicates what is referred to prophetically as the “end times”
