This makes me want to SCREAM! WE live in one of the highest-taxed states and there is one story of total incompetence and waste of taxpayers resources after another. And nobody ever loses a job or goes to jail.

And people like Kathleen Falk (Dane County Executive) get re-elected time after time, too!
They fired ONE lowly operator at the 9-1-1 center after Brittany Zimmerman was killed while trying to get 9-1-1 help. And I just read that the murdered girl’s parents settled out of court for about $100K. Wonder what’s behind all THAT?
I guess we know what a single life is worth in this state, now.
It really is shameful!
