I think Smith probably did what he said he did. I doubt he would file an affidavit without considering the possible consequences if he were lying.
Now whether he got a real BC is another question. He said he got it from the hospital in the spring of 2009. You would think it would be on lockdown in Kenya.
Now I wonder if Judge Carter will order HI to turn over the document or his trial will be whether the document from Kenya is real. the next step would be to demand from HI the HI BC. Will Carter require that part of the dicovery to be “in camera’ where the public never sees the HI documents. If DOJ/Obama’s stooge attnys file a protective order to sealed it all up - will Judge Carter go alomg?
Plains Radio just received a report a few minutes ago that Judge Carter has issued a writ of discovery for all documents including birth certificates, college records, etc in the case.

The date stamp in the top left hand corner of the birth certificate reflects “Feb 19, 2009.”

It would be sealed, in Camera. The reasom would be to verify the authenticity of the document before making it part of the public record.
Now if the judge decides that the document filed is authentic, probabative, and admissable on its face as evidence which tends to prove or disprove the facts in issue, it will be made part of the public record when it is admitted as evidence at trial.
Remember, we are still in the pre-trial phase of this case, and to tell they truth, just about anything can happen, including the deaths of everyone involved on the plaintiffs side.

Also one should not rule out the popssibility of witnesses planted by the Obamites, who come forward with what they know is a fake dead end document that could result in the case beinng dismissed.
Carter needs to order the release of the OBACOLB in Hawaii to his Court.Thats the direction in which Orly is heading.And if Obalawyers declare the Kenya BC fake, the judge is gonna say: " Produce the real one in Hawaii, in long form."
